SHIPPING TIMES

U.K. As my items are handmade it will take aprox 1 week for me to make and ship them, but maybe longer if I am exceptionally busy. If you are in a hurry, send me a message and I will see what I can do to get your order to you for when you need it.   

EU and Rest of World: Delivery time is customs dependent, and I have no control over this. On my side I ship within aprox 1 week of receiving the order.

DELIVERY COSTS

U.K.   Orders are wrapped in tissue and sealed with a 'Mina and the moon' sticker, and send by Royal Mail First Class, at a cost of £3.40. If your UK order is over £50 just enter 'freeshipping' at checkout to get your delivery sent for free.  If it is a gift, I can include a gift card with a short message, just leave me a note at check out instructing me what you would like it to say.

EU and Rest of World: Duty and VAT are NOT included in the price of the item. You are responsible for paying this on arrival of goods into customs. The cost varies from country to country. If the fees are not paid and the item is returned to me, return shipping and admin fees will be deducted from the refund.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

I hope you are happy with your order, but if you are not for any reason please contact me ASAP and I will do my best to fix it for you.  As items are personalised and made to order I do not accept returns unless they are faulty.  In which case you must send me a message and return the item unworn within 7 days.  After which I will send you a replacement. You will be responsible for return postage costs.
